About Us
We’re a family of six: Mom, Dad, and four boys who love art, food, video games, camping, hiking, music, board games, and family movie nights.
The Keepsake Club is our family project. It began with two simple things in our house: four boys making artwork, and a mom who loves family traditions and wants those little moments to actually happen before life gets too busy. Instead of letting the art sit in drawers and the “someday” ideas stay on Pinterest boards, my boys and I are turning them into something people can open, use, and share. We’re trying to make it easier for people to gather, connect, and create memories together.
We believe connection doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it starts with one envelope, one idea, one invitation, and one little moment that becomes something you remember.

When will I get my mail?
When will I get my mail?
Mail is sent the first week of the following month. The monthly sign-up cutoff is the last day of the month. Example: If you join July 1st-31st, your first letter will be the August edition, which ships during the first week of August. If you join August 1st-30th, your first edition will be mailed the first week of September.
Do you mail internationally?
Yes! We mail to all countries that accept the USPS Global Forever Stamp.

How long does it take to ship?
Once shipped, please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. delivery and up to 21 business days for international delivery. If your mailer hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, it may have been delayed or lost in transit. Please email me at suzieslade@gmail.com with the following information so I can verify your order and help resolve it: your full name, shipping address, and the date you joined The Keepsake Club.
How can I track my mailer?
Shipping is via USPS standard envelopes, so tracking is not available.
When will I be billed?
Your membership will renew and be billed on the same day each month as your original subscription date.
How can I update my address/email/subscription?
You can update your shipping address, billing info, and manage all your account details through the customer portal at any time.
How to Use Your Keepsake Club Mail?
Start by opening your envelope and reading the monthly letter. Then choose how you want to use the tradition that month.
You can keep it simple and do it with your own family, or you can use the invitation to invite others to join you. Gather the supplies, make the recipe, set out the conversation card, and let the tradition be the reason everyone comes together.
There is no right or wrong way to use your Keepsake Club mail. You can do every piece, or you can choose the parts that best fit your life.

Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging in to your account, which you can find in the customer portal.
